Freemont Street Experience
On a usual day, Fremont Street draws a lot of crowds, but the Halloween gathering here gets quite over the top. Las Vegas Halloween is at its peak here with plenty of free entertainment including three stages and lots of specials. All the visitors arrayed in dark and dreary costumes are especially welcome on Fremont Street.
The Rock of Horror celebration is one of the most popular Las Vegas Halloween shows. It features the costumed house band Alter Igor on the 1st Street Stage. Wicked Dreams is nightly production featuring singing, dancing, aerial acts and more. These spooky production set up especially for Halloween in Vegas are a must-watch.
Downtown Las Vegas
This is the perfect place to celebrate Halloween in Vegas. The biggest and baddest Sin City Halloween Parade starts at the Fremont East district of Downtown. You can obviously expect costumed performers, special guests, decorated vehicles and all other freaky things. Celebrate the vast horror-movie culture as you pay homage to all the scary characters and villains. Head to the El Cortez Hotel & Casino for a celebration of Godzilla beginning at 6 pm and a T-Rex Race starting at 8 pm.
Halloween At The LINQ Promenade
The Linq Promenade is completely transformed as it gears up for a whole week of Halloween celebrations. Dress up in your spookiest costumes and join the party along with your fellow zombies, ghosts, and witches. The Linq High Roller also lights up in colors of Halloween, it’s the perfect time to hitch a ride. There will be street musicians, face painters, stilt walkers and much more all over the promenade creating a festive Halloween vibe.
Check out the holiday-themed performances on the Fountain Stage, especially the Day of the Dead celebration will showcasing Latin music. The best of all Las Vegas Halloween events is the Triq or Treat wherein guests are invited to collect candy from more than 40 shops!! Because what’s Halloween without candy?
Las Vegas Haunts
Meadows Mall is back to carry out the longest-running haunted tradition of Las Vegas Halloween. Pick between the two horror haunts Asylum or Hotel Fear, or pick both. Navigate the dark hallways of an old mental health institution, wherein the patients have taken over the Asylum. Or find your way through a series of fright inducing room in Hotel Fear. Either way, we promise you will be thoroughly frightened.
Scare at Town Square presents another great opportunity to be scared, this time at the outdoor shopping district. There are phobia rooms, haunted maze, themed selfie sets, a horror film escape experience, and a speakeasy serving custom Halloween cocktails.
The Mob Museum
Even museums won’t be left out of the Las Vegas Halloween party! Step back in time to the Roaring 20s at The Underground. Located at the Mob Museum this Halloween party will go on from 5 pm-midnight. Dress as they did in the Prohibition era, whether a mobster or a flapper you can aim for best costume prize. There is live entertainment, music, tarot card readings, and Halloween drink specials. If this isn’t an opportunity to visit the fascinating Mob Museum, then I don’t know what is.
